I know its alittle early, but I am so "thinking Spring"! The true antique-aholic that I am, (ha-ha) got out today ~picked up my friend, (yes, even in all the yucky weather and misty rain) and hit a few of my favorite antique shops. I found some of the cutest Spring items to sell at my spring show! Can't wait to put out all the watering cans, birdhouses, garden gates ...... anything that reminds me of Spring! Until then....I will be searching high and low for the neatest gardening items I can find....and counting down the days till its warm again.....if you have any awesome outdoor decorating ideas, let me know....always glad to share ideas with other primitive friends! Be sure to watch for posting on my SPRING SHOW coming in late March or early April.

Looking For Primitives!
Well, it was such a beautiful day today, that I had to have a "day out" shopping for primitives, of course! Went to a couple of quaint little towns and looked for goodies to put in my booth. I got a real cute shelf, a primitive light, old kitchen utensils and a crock to go with my others! (almost forgot, found an old gameboard too). All in all, it was a productive day. Can't wait to see how it all looks, once I put it on display....I also found out about a new antique shop opening, so I will have to stop by there and pay them a visit real soon!

The Time Has Come.....
Ok Ladies, The Time Has Come for me to start my own blog, to let everyone know about what's
going on at "A Primitive Past"! I started this to share with all the "primitive lovers"around the world.
I have been collecting primitives for several years now, and my collection is quite extensive. I LOVE
crocks, wooden bowls, quilts, and much, much more :) I have a little building in the back of my house
(which looks like a garden shed) filled with antiques and primitives which I have sales from, each season.
I am also selling my primitives in a shop called "The Barn Antiques" in Pleasanton, Ks. Will post pictures
later~ Would love to hear from all of you primitive lovers out there...until next time, Debbie
